Girls With Power Donation Drive

Girls With Power

This month, our ambassadors came together to organize the Girls With Power Donation Drive in support of the Charlotte Rescue Mission.

To make the donation drive possible, Girls With Power ambassadors placed collection bins throughout their neighborhoods and invited friends, family, and community members to donate. Together, we collected essential sanitary items and school supplies, including toothbrushes, shampoo, soap, socks, notebooks, pencils, and many other everyday necessities. After the donations were collected, our ambassadors sorted the items and delivered them to the Charlotte Rescue Mission.

The support from our community was incredible. One generous donor contributed more than 70 items, and many others donated supplies to help girls and families in need. Thanks to everyone's generosity, we collected a total of 232 items. Every donation will help provide essential resources while reminding girls that their community is there to support them.

Projects like this would not be possible without the kindness of our community and the dedication of our ambassadors. We are grateful to everyone who donated and helped make this donation drive a success. Through service projects like these, Girls With Power continues to encourage leadership, compassion, and making a positive impact in our community.
